Please note that if your piece has been discontinued from Charles Krypell collections, we may suggest a replacement piece of similar value from a current collection.
Repairs covered under warranty are made at no additional cost to you. Please visit the 'Repairs' tab to see if your repair is covered. All warranty repairs will process automatically.
If there is an additional cost to repair your item, we will notify you of the charges. Once your repair is complete, we will contact you with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days before tracking your repaired item.
What You’ll Need:
- A bowl of warm water
- A few drops of mild dish soap (avoid harsh detergents)
- A soft-bristled toothbrush or jewelry brush
- A microfiber cloth or lint-free towel
- Prepare the Cleaning Solution: Mix warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap in a bowl. Stir gently to create a soapy solution.
- Soak the Jewelry: Place your diamond and gold jewelry in the solution. Let it soak for 15–20 minutes to loosen dirt and oils.
- Gently Brush: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush or jewelry brush to gently clean the jewelry. Pay special attention to hard-to-reach areas like prongs, settings, and grooves.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the jewelry under warm running water to remove soap residue. Use a fine mesh strainer if you’re cleaning small items to avoid losing anything down the drain.
- Dry and Polish: Pat the jewelry dry with a microfiber cloth or lint-free towel. Buff gently to restore shine.
Important Tips:
Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
Stay away from bleach, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage gold and weaken settings.
Use Ultrasonic Cleaners with Caution:
While they’re effective, these devices can loosen stones if the settings are not secure. Use them only if you’re confident in the jewelry’s integrity.
Professional Cleaning:
Consider having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected annually to ensure it’s in good condition.

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
To send in your Charles Krypell jewelry (purchased online) for service, please email us at sales@staging.charlb.ishowcasedc6.com and include the following information:

> Detailed description of the repair
> Style number (if available) or take a clear picture of the item so that we can identify the style number

Upon receiving your information, a representative from our Repair Services team will let you know if the item is covered under our manufacturers warranty or what the repair costs will be. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to assess your request.
If covered, we will send you a packing slip and order number to track your repair or replacement. Please print this packing slip and include it with your jewelry return.
Please pack jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit. (We do not return original packaging, so please keep jewelry pouches and boxes.)
We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Domestic U.S. Returns & Exchanges
- Free return shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
- You can choose an exchange for merchandise credit or a refund to the original payment method.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Special orders, made-to-order styles/sizes, resized products, final sale items, and event-specific products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Packaging, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you request a refund and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days, you’ll be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Requests for refunds made within 30 days will receive store credit .
Please note: Charles Krypell Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to Return:
- Contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number .
- Once authorized, you will receive an email with a pre-paid return shipping label .
- Return your items within 5 days of receiving the RA number. Be sure to include the packing list and RA number in your return package.
- Attach the return label to the box and ship it back. Charles Krypell is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping .
You will receive email updates on the status of your return, including when it arrives at our facility and when your refund or exchange is processed. Please allow 5-12 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
International Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request within 15 days of delivery for unworn merchandise.
- Made-to-order items, final sale products, complimentary gifts, and shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Most of our rings are made for a standard ring size US 6.5.
In the description of each ring, it is noted whether or not that specific ring can be resized. Due to the nature of certain designs, we do not guarantee that we can resize every ring for you.
If the ring you would like to purchase can be resized, we offer this as a complimentary service for all US sizes from 5 to 8.5. To order your ring and have it sized for you, please leave a 'note' at checkout.
